EICHER
Year 2007 we had the opportunity to meet a specific Eicher at Schafflhof/Austria . This brand took the attention because in the Netherlands we hardly do see these tractors. In 1936, Eicher built the first diesel tractor. The block-construction of the Eicher tractors with engines of Deutz and transmission of Prometheus prevailed in the following years. In 1959, Eicher set up the Eicher Tractor Corporation of India Private Ltd. Now a presentation of our finds.
